Independent Contractor Notice
Domestic Operations Collective LLC connects clients with independent cleaning professionals. This notice explains the intended relationship between DOC and cleaners who apply to or participate in the DOC cleaner network.
No Employment Relationship
Submitting a cleaner application or receiving a possible client opportunity through DOC does not create an employment relationship with Domestic Operations Collective LLC. Cleaners are not DOC employees.
Independent Business Responsibility
Independent cleaners remain responsible for deciding whether to accept opportunities, how to operate their cleaning business, what tools and supplies to use, what insurance to carry, and how to manage taxes, licenses, permits, and compliance requirements.
No Guaranteed Jobs
DOC does not guarantee jobs, income, recurring work, client acceptance, or specific results. DOC may review information and share possible opportunities when there appears to be a good fit.
Client Relationships
When a cleaner and client choose to move forward, the cleaner remains an independent professional responsible for the service they provide. DOC may provide coordination, communication, and support behind the scenes.
